My files and your account
For everyone — where your decks live and where your balance is.

Every deck you build is saved here, on your account, so it is there on any device you sign in on. Switch between List and Grid at the top right.
- 2Open, download, delete
Open a deck to see its slides full size. “Open PDF” shows the whole deck in your browser straight away; “Download PDF” and “PowerPoint” save a copy. Downloading again costs nothing, any time. “Edit slides” reopens it to change a slide. Delete asks first, and can’t be undone.
- 3Your balance and adding money
The Account page shows your balance in dollars. Add money by card (Stripe) — the smallest amount is ten dollars. If an amount comes with bonus money, its button says how much. Or skip the balance and use “Pay by card” when you build a deck.
- 4What things cost, and your history
The price list on the Account page is the live one. History shows every payment, bonus, charge and refund, in dollars.
- A job that fails is never charged.
- Paid balance never expires. Bonus money is spent first and expires 12 months after it is added. Unused paid balance can be refunded within 30 days of adding it; bonus money can’t be refunded.
- The Account page is also where you change your picture, name and password, and sign out.
- Need a person — a refund, a receipt, or closing your account? Send us a message at onedollardecks.app/contact. We answer within one working day.

- “Nothing here yet”
- You haven’t built a deck yet. Make your first one and it appears here the moment it’s done.
- “The minimum deposit is $10.”
- Type 10 or more in the “Other” box, or press one of the amount buttons.
- “No charge — the deposit was canceled.”
- You backed out of checkout. Nothing was taken.
- “Could not reach checkout — try again.”
- Stripe didn’t answer. Check your connection and press the button again.
- “Password needs at least 8 characters. / The two passwords don’t match.”
- Type a longer password, and type it the same way in both boxes.
